What is the Aussie 4X4 Pro's returns policy?
We will accept returns on faulty products purchased online within 14 days from date of receipt.
The Item's must be undamaged, un marked and shipped back to our address.
Before we approve an exchange it's important you email us first with your issue and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
How can I request a return, exchange or refund?
Simply send us an email with your concern, order number to our email address.
What happens if my product is faulty?
Aussie 4X4 Pro takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send your items back to us. We'll be doing our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands.
How Long Will it Take To Receive My Order?
Each purchase is Made To Order. While we have a rather quick turn around time, please allow around 14-25 Days from Order, To manufacture to delivery.
Typical lead time on all apparel is usually 11-14 Days, During peak periods allow around 14-20 Days. Lead time's will vary depending on the backlog of orders. But rest assure we work our but off to have our items made and dispatched as FAST as possible.
My Item Is Slightly Different Than The Product Image?
There is a slight variance in color when viewed on a computer screen than to real life. While we do our best to display the most accurate colors, we cannot combat different screens and their resolutions. This occurance is evident on every online store on the world wide web.
The Text Size is Slightly Bigger / Smaller than on Image?
This can occur due to the change in shirt or garment size. The text displayed within our product listings may be of a differently sized garment to that of which you ordered. We do our best to scale the artwork accordingly to look as congruent as possible.
Who Covers Theft of Packages Once Delivered?
If your item has been marked as delivered and you return home to find it gone. You need to escalate the case with Australia Post or the registered post provider.
Australia Post or Registered post provider will usually provide an image of the package as it was left at the residence of complete proof of delivery.
From there, a dispute can be raised with the registered freight provider and you can seek a reimbursement for lost goods.
