We unfortunately cannot facilitate a change of mind return, we will do our best to assist in another means.
DAMAGED Products (IMPORTANT)
If your item arrives and appears damaged by the carrier, please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.
It's important you inspect the goods properly before signing the delivery receipt. If the shipment is damaged and you commence to sign the delivery receipt the responsibility falls on you to file a freight insurance claim.
If your shipment arrives and the box appears to be damaged, inform the driver and ask him to take note that the item is "POTENTIALLY DAMAGED". This will help fast track your insurance claim when filed.
